The location of this place was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants, two beds, and museums, and the free breakfast had a variety of options for everyone.

The front office staff were great when we complained about our very noisy (and rude) neighbours who were partying at 3 in the morning
This establishment seems to attract all sorts of "riff raff" who do not understand what the word "respect" means. I would never stay here again.

The staff and people generally were helpful. The breakfast was free with options for all! The location was absolutely perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from Rcaf Memorial. Besides, it was near Picton, Ontario and Glenora, numerous restaurants and wineries, beaches. The hotel took care of the very good service. My stay here was very good.
